Mother Dearest

My daugher was sitting in my lap at the computer, and we were just talking. Here's how our conversation went.
K: Mommy, Ashley was in first period......and then she stopped.
M: REALLY?
K: Why do you say really? I'm not finished!!
M: OH, I thought you said Ashley started her period!
K: (after rolling on the floor laughing) Mommy, you are the meanest mom, but you are really funny!
