Cattlemans

The kids LOVE this place. They are always wanting to go. But since it's a little ways out and so expensive, it's a treat kinda place. Joey and Blaine went to the farm (which, by the way, is close to Cattlemans) this morning to shoot squirrels and play around while Kylee and I cleaned the house and did laundry. I was getting hungry and thinking about getting something to eat when I decided to call Joey and see if we wanted to meet there for a spring break treat. The kids have been asking a lot lately if we could go.

It was such a beautiful day. After eating lunch, we headed to check out the animals

and take a walk around the lake.

While we were playing on the playground, Kylee was trying out the monkey bars

but it wasn't going all that well. Joey told her for every bar she made it across, he would give her a dollar. Well, when Blaine heard money, he was all about it! He, of course, jumped up there and went to town
and earned three bucks right off the bat. His sister was VERY frustrated. So while he gloated,

she pouted
and ran from the camera.

The sibling rivalry didn't last long, though, and it was a beautiful, fun day. They are already asking to go back.
