in hopes the originals
(and their families) would soon be there.Dad Dad was nestled all snug in his chair
while Mom Mom was in the kitchen
sending great smells through the air. The kids, big
and little
, played with such laughter, but what was on the TV
is what caused such a clatter. After some lunch
and family pics
too, we moved on to presents without further ado. There were calendars,
baby toys,
and even an iPad
The chaos of the room
was really quite mad!And then, in a twinkling, the presents were all revealed. A trip to the skating rink, all the kids squealed
The parents obliged, so they could all spin their wheels.At the end of the day, kids, parents,
grandparents, and great-grandmother alike had a great day and put up their feet wiped. So from Dan and Kathy, the originals and their families, Merry Christmas to all and to all a Good Night!
