Then we let the big girls get on the slide before the little kids got there, just so nobody would get hurt.
Of course, the littles joined them.
Morgan and Jet also came over a little early to play on the slide.
They all seem to get along so well, those 2nd cousins! Jet and Blaine are only six weeks apart. Guess who is older.
I bet you guessed wrong. My shorty is older, bless his heart.
Emma, yet another second cousin came, too!
So while McKenzie and her friends played on the waterslide and did their thing,
the big kids did theirs, too.
Then after some burgers and dogs, it was time for cake!
During the opening of presents, a big 'ole storm hit, so we moved inside.
The storm totally rained out the fishing we were gonna do, and the pinata was reduced to just putting the candy in the bags for the kids
and being silly with it.
And since the rain stopped other activities, the kids made up their own, like who can go the longest without making a face with sour candy
and dog pile on the rabbit...sorta.
And then it was time to drive to El Paso, but not before family pic with the birthday girl.
