A Family Affair

On the first Saturday of the month, Papa and Nana meet up with his cousins for lunch at various El Paso restaurants. For the 4th of July, Papa and Nana had everybody out to their house on the 3rd for some fun. Even Aunt Jackie came, and the kids were so excited.

We went down a little early before everybody got there for birthday presents for Yours Trulyand to meet Aunt Jackie's beau,Jason.

Once everybody got there, Papamade some specialty drinks for everybody, the adults visited,and the kids swam...a lot. Kylee swam a while and showered. Then she swam a little lot more and showered again. They even all sang Happy Birthday to me!

After everybody else left, the Onicks sat on the back porchand had smores by candlelight.Papa lit the chimnea, but the kids thought it was so much cooler to do it by candlelight.

Even though it wasn't actually the 4th of July yet, it was an all-American fun day!
